Hello World and Welcome

I am Lorne Shelby Wellington and WELCOME.  I am on a constant quest for information and proven best practices.  I want to grow my business.  More importantly, I want to be a successful and profitable entrepreneur. Yet, my focus and intentions inevitably moves me to gather what I learn and give it to others.  So today I took a leap of faith and chose this as my initial platform for sharing, exploring and discussing business ideas and proven concepts. I created this blog as a way for me to deposit what I learn in one space for others. For those who dare enough to act on an idea and to execute a dream feel free to join the discussion and to share resources. Initially this blog is meant to be a resource for business owners (big or small), nonprofit founders and those who are leaders in either sector.

At the age 13 I opened my first business and have been entrepreneurial ever since.  After hearing stories about my great grand parents and seeing others in my family chart their own way I continued the search to find the perfect business for me. To date I have created a nonprofit organization, consulted in a variety of industries and countries and recently launched Sculpted Silhouette, a lingerie company.
